Sun Valley, ID, January 5, 2024 — Bluewire LLC, a cutting-edge Insurtech AI Software as a Service (SaaS) Analytics company, announces a strategic partnership with Nevada Trucking Association to protect association members from Reptile Theory-based attacks made by predatory plaintiff attorneys.

Bluewire has entered into a reseller agreement with Nevada Trucking Association to provide state association members with a Bluewire subscription. With access to severity risk scoring and the ability to uncover the root-cause of predatory plaintiff attacks, Nevada Trucking Association hopes to become the first state to end Reptile Theory-based attacks on their association members.

In October of 2022, Bluewire launched an AI analytics platform to proactively score the severity risk of over 750,000 regulated motor carriers and provide unprecedented visibility into the gaps and vulnerabilities that lead to excessive settlements against trucking companies and their insurance partners. Bluewire has developed the first severity risk score for the industry, as the Bluewire GAP Score has become the industry standard for unprecedented risk analysis for insurance, motor carriers, freight brokers, and suppliers.

In 2023, Bluewire released a series of product updates to enhance the user experience for motor carrier customers.  The Bluewire Severity Report details the severity risk of a single trucking company, including multi-DOT#’s, scoring the nine severity categories and benchmarking the motor carrier against any comparison group they choose. The addition of industry-wide license and insurance information allows motor carriers to benchmark insurance companies and prepare to shop for their upcoming annual renewal. The Severity GAP Drill Downs allow motor carriers to visualize the underlying data to determine the root cause behind their exposure to gaps and vulnerabilities, so they can fix them.

"Under the leadership of Paul Enos, the Nevada Trucking Association has done a tremendous job to educate and arm its members in the fight against the reptile lawyers,” Steve Bryan, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Bluewire said. “Bluewire is proud to be working with the incredible staff of NTA to bring a new weapon to the fight. Are you watching reptiles?  Nevada just hardened the target.”

“Bluewire provides our members great insights into their company’s vulnerability to a reptile attack.” Said Paul J. Enos, CEO of the Nevada Trucking Association. “Using this data, motor carriers can tailor their training and response, which will lead to better outcomes on the road and in the courtroom.”
